Meet Shauna

Shauna has been on a life long journey of self discovery and healing. As a seeker, she has a natural curiosity for what it means to be a spiritual being living a human life. Shauna has dedicated her life to helping individuals find freedom, peace, and sovereignty by cultivating trust in themselves, their intuition and harnessing the power of transformational tools such as meditation, sound healing, breathwork, trauma release exercises (TRE®), and intentional placement design as a feng shui practitioner.


As a yoga therapist and a mindfulness and self compassion teacher, she gently guides others back to themselves; feeling at home in their bodies and more connected to their hearts. She believes we are already whole and that this Earth school is meant to guide us back to our wholeness.

MIND & BODY

Custom-Tailored Healing Modalities

Shauna understands that each individual's healing journey is unique, which is why she offers a variety of healing modalities in one on one yoga therapy sessions. She is here to help you break free from the patterns that keep you stuck and restore balance when life's path has presented you with body's limitations or mental/emotional challenges that many are faced with at some point.


Shauna also works with individuals who are new to meditation or a somatic movement practice that want to learn more about ways to promote overall well being and enhance self awareness. By combining ancient wisdom with modern science, she helps you unlock your body's innate healing potential and create lasting positive change.

Private Sessions

In personalized private sessions, Shauna helps individuals on their transformative journey. Drawing from her expertise in kundalini yoga and yoga therapy from the Krishnamacharya lineage, TRE® and neurogenic yoga, as a practitioner of mindfulness and self compassion; she creates a safe space for exploration and healing. Together, she will guide you to uncover patterns and release blocks, cultivate mindfuless and self compassion empowering you to embrace yourself. Through one-on-one sessions, Shauna supports you in creating a sense of grounding in your body, presence of mind; finding balance in your nervous system, and building resilience.

Workshops

Join Shauna in immersive workshops and retreats to dive deeper into healing, wellness and more. She leads meditation classes, neurogenic yoga group classes, sound healing sessions, one day and overnight retreats. Through mindful movement, sound healing, authentic relating, cultivating creativity and self-reflection, participants gain valuable tools for self-discovery and transformation.


As an Occupational Therapist and integrative healthcare provider, she is an ergonomic specialist and facilitator of mindfulness and well being in the workplace. She has been facilitating wellness programs in industries and institutions from biomedical, research, technology to K-12 classrooms for students and teachers and is a faculty member of the UCSD's Center for Mindfulness. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome to learn and grow together. Shauna's workshops inspire and empower, preparing you to integrate these practices into daily life.
