Delivering wellness solutions for corporations and individuals who are committed to finding ways to balance. We understand that life is a balancing act and as our roles have become more complicated, functioning in our fast paced world is challenging and often detrimental to our health. We recognize that the only way to keep up is to get quiet and cultivate present awareness.  It is in the stillness that we can listen to our voice within and find out what it is we need to bring ourselves back to balance. Often times it is the homeostasis that is needed to direct the mind and allow the body to rest repair and restore itself. With emerging brain research, we are beginning to understand that we cannot operate from “fight or flight” on an ongoing basis. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices offer valuable technology for developing the life skills required in our modern day environment.

Soulutions for Balance provides group and individual programs in stress management, mindfulness mentoring and yoga therapy, all of which are customized in a clear and user-friendly way.

We recognize that the biggest challenge we hear from clients is that they do not know how to bring mindfulness into their lives.  They may have tried meditation or yoga before and found it too frustrating and just gave up, or because many concepts are foreign to them, they are tentative to try something new.  Soulutions for Balance is here to demystify these practices and demonstrate how to incorporate present awareness into a health regime that is sustainable and fulfilling.
